Know Before You Go
Mobile Tickets
SevenVenues utilizes mobile tickets for all eligible shows. With mobile entry, patrons can only access their tickets on their phones via the Ticketmaster app or mobile wallet. For the continued safety of our customers, patrons can no longer utilize Ticketmaster.com to scan into a performance.

Parking
There are more than 3,500 parking spaces available to patrons of Scope Arena and Chrysler Hall. However, during large or multiple events, the Scope Garage fills quickly, so arriving at least an hour early is recommended.
In the event the parking garage reaches capacity, the following options are available to patrons:

Security
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all patrons are subject to metal detector screening and physical and/or physical inspection of their person and belongings. Failure to consent to an inspection will result in the denial of entry.
Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons, and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. SevenVenues reserves the right to ask any individual to leave if his or her behavior is deemed disruptive.

TICKETING UPDATE
If you have purchased tickets to see The Australian Pink Floyd Show at Chrysler Hall, we have an IMPORTANT ticket update for you! Since this show was relocated from the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion to Chrysler Hall, you may need to claim new seats to match Chrysler Hall’s seating map.

To know if your ticket needs to be exchanged, please check the event code on the upper left-hand corner of your ticket. If your event code says ‘EYP0825’, you need to take your tickets to Scope Arena Box Office to exchange them for Chrysler Hall seats. Your tickets will be in a comparable location to what you previously purchased.

You can also exchange your tickets the night of the show at the ticket exchange table outside of the box office, however, exchanging seats prior to the performance will prevent long lines and late entry into the show.

If you purchased your tickets online at Ticketmaster.com, your tickets will be automatically loaded into your account, and the method of delivery will remain the same. No action is required on your part. To view your tickets, please log in to your Ticketmaster account at ticketmaster.com.
If you require PARKING on the night of the performance:

Present your ticket for the show, (whether mobile or hard ticket) at the Scope, Charlotte Street and Bank Street parking garages, and you will not be charged for parking.

If you still need to purchase tickets, please tell the attendant that you are purchasing tickets, and you will not be charged for parking.
Selling more than four million tickets worldwide and described by The Times as “The Gold Standard” and The Daily Mirror as “The Kings of the Genre,” The Australian Pink Floyd Show gave its first concert in Adelaide, Australia in 1988.
Since then, they have performed in 35 countries, played at David Gilmour’s 50th birthday celebration and were even joined on stage by Rick Wright. TAPFS is the leading and biggest show of its kind in the world.
Performing the music of Pink Floyd with note-for-note perfection, this critically acclaimed show has been astonishing audiences worldwide for three decades. Always striving to reproduce the complete Pink Floyd experience and bring the music to new audiences, the show continues to include a stunning light and laser show, video animations,state of the art, high resolution LED screen technologyand other special effects. In addition, and in true Pink Floyd fashion, there are several huge inflatables including a giant pig and their own unique Pink Kangaroo.
They have worked with musicians Guy Pratt, Durga McBroom and her sister Lorelei McBroom who have toured with Pink Floyd, as well as sound engineer Colin Norfield who worked with Pink Floyd during their ‘Division Bell’ tour and on David Gilmour’s solo tours.

The All That Your Love Tour will bring to the stage all the songs that mean so much to the band & Pink Floyd fans around the world. Representing music from every phase of Pink Floyd’s journey, this tour will again reinforce TAPFS’s dedication to the heritage of Barrett, Waters, Gilmour, Wright & Mason with a show that aspires to the legendary Pink Floyd productions. Using state of the art lighting, video, lasers, inflatables and the incredible live sound that was the benchmark of Pink Floyd shows, TAPFS promises a memorable live experience.
