Box Office Information

The Scope Arena box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Scope Arena box office is closed on major holidays unless an event is taking place at the venue. Holiday box office hours are subject to change. Please check the SevenVenues website, social media @SevenVenues, or call 757.664.6464 for exact hours of operation.

Accessible seating is reserved for exclusive use by individuals with disabilities and their guests. The purchase or use of these seats by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in ejection and/or forfeiture of ticket price. The number and types of accessible seats vary by event and venue. All tickets for accessible seating are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

ADA seating at Chrysler Hall, Harrison Opera House, and the Attucks Theatre is solely in the Orchestra section.

To request accessible seating, patrons can choose one of the following options:

• Purchase directly through Ticketmaster.com by toggling the “show accessible tickets” button under the filter tool. (See image below)

• Call the Scope Arena box office at 757.664.6464
• Visit the Scope Arena box office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you've purchased standard tickets from Ticketmaster.com but need accessible seats, please get in touch with the Scope Arena box office for assistance.

For some events, Ticketmaster is not the primary ticket seller. For such events, third-party sellers or other fans have posted tickets for sale. If this is the case, we cannot guarantee that accessible tickets will be posted for resale. If you require accessible seating, we suggest you contact the primary ticket seller and/or the venue box office to check the availability of tickets that accommodate your needs.

Tickets for SevenVenues events can also be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster Mobile App. To request accessible seating, please call 757.664.6464 to speak with the box office.

As of May 12, Ticketmaster will feature All-In Prices across its US platforms to deliver a more transparent ticket-buying experience. All-in prices mean that after selecting a seat, fans will see the total ticket price—including the listing price, service fee, and facility fee—upfront with no surprises at checkout. Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) are added at checkout. These clear breakdowns will be visible throughout the purchase for a more intuitive experience.

What's included in the All In Price:

• Ticket Price: The face value of the ticket.
• Service Fees: Any required fees, including venue, service, facility, and processing fees. 

What's not included upfront:

• Taxes: At checkout, applicable city, state, and local taxes are added. 
• Delivery Fees: If fans choose a specific delivery method, this fee is added at checkout. 
• Optional Items: Fees for any optional items, like insurance or premium delivery, are added at checkout.

Due to the popularity of touring productions, ticket buyers often find tickets available through secondary ticket agencies or brokers. SevenVenues cautions buyers that Ticketmaster.com and the Scope Arena box office are the only authorized sellers of tickets. Tickets purchased through third-party sources are not always guaranteed and are usually substantially more expensive than the original ticket price. SevenVenues cannot prevent these agencies from buying tickets when they go on sale, and laws governing ticket brokers (and how much they can charge for tickets) vary significantly from state to state.  

There have been instances where ticket brokers have launched websites that might include the theatre name and/or the name of a SevenVenues show to confuse ticket buyers. The only way patrons can ensure they purchase legitimate tickets at the original ticket price is to buy from Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Scope Arena box office. Customers can verify the purchasing link by searching for the show on SevenVenues.com when in doubt. Each show page on SevenVenues.com has a link to the official ticketing site and show website.

Please Note: SevenVenues tenants (Broadway in Norfolk, Virginia Arts Festival, The Norfolk Forum, Norfolk Tides, Generic Theater, Virginia Symphony, Virginia Stage Company, and Virginia Opera) may also sell tickets through their websites and/or box offices. Patrons must contact these organizations directly for any issues related to tickets not purchased at the Scope Arena box office or online at Ticketmaster.com.

SevenVenues utilizes mobile tickets for all eligible shows. With mobile entry, patrons can only access their tickets on their phones via the Ticketmaster app or mobile wallet. For the continued safety of our customers, patrons can no longer utilize Ticketmaster.com to scan into a performance.

The Scope Arena box office accepts the following methods of payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, SevenVenues gift certificates, cash, and checks within 14 banking days before the event. You must show a valid photo ID when purchasing tickets with a check or credit card.

Children who have reached their second birthday are required to have a ticket. Some family shows have a different age limit, so please call the box office at 757.664.6464 if this is a concern.

Tickets may be picked up at the venue box office starting one hour before the show and ending 30 minutes after the show begins. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo ID to pick up tickets. To request an alternate person to pick up the tickets, please call Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1.800.653.8000.

Admirals hockey will call is open at 6:00 p.m. on game nights and is located in the Scope Arena Exhibition Hall.

SevenVenues gift certificates are available in any denomination and are valid for one year from the purchase date. Gift certificates can be redeemed for tickets to any SevenVenues performance.
