Administrative Offices
SevenVenues’ Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. They are located by the box office entrance on the lower concourse of Scope Arena.
Age Restrictions
Children under two years old do not require a ticket to be admitted; however, they must sit on an adult’s lap and may not occupy a seat. Any child who has reached their second birthday must have a ticket for entry.
Please note that some shows, especially those intended for children, may require all children to have a ticket regardless of age. Please be sure to verify the age restriction policy when purchasing a ticket for a child.
Performances may provide age recommendations. These recommendations will be listed on the show’s event page. If you have questions regarding the age appropriateness of a performance, please call 757.664.6464 or email info@sevenvenues.com.
Autographs
SevenVenues does not have designated autograph locations and does not process autograph requests.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located throughout SevenVenues properties in women’s and men’s restrooms.
Backstage Passes
Backstage or meet and greet passes are not issued by SevenVenues.
Bag Policy
All patrons will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering a SevenVenues property. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by Event Staffing to shift and possibly remove the contents.
Clear bags are not required at SevenVenues facilities, apart from Norfolk Tides games at Harbor Park. Visit the Tides Clear Bag Policy for more information.

Box Office
The Scope Arena box office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is located outside the lower concourse of Scope Arena, via the Scope Garage or stairs from Scope Plaza. Weekend hours vary and are event-based. Venue box offices will open one hour prior to show time on event day.

Camera Policy
Professional cameras are prohibited inside all SevenVenues properties unless accompanied by appropriate media credentials. Venue and tour management must approve media requests in advance.
Cameras with a six-inch lens or smaller are permitted; however, promoters reserve the right to prohibit all cameras at certain events. Patrons can call 757.664.6464 to request the photo policy before an event.
Video and audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
SevenVenues reserves the right to confiscate unapproved cameras or recording devices.
Cancellations / Reschedules / Postponements
If an event is canceled, Ticketmaster will automatically process refunds within 30 days of the cancellation. Tickets purchased in person at the Scope Arena box office should be returned to the box office for a refund. For questions or concerns about cancellation refunds, please visit Ticketmaster Support.
Previously purchased tickets are valid on the new event date for postponed and rescheduled events. In most cases, refunds are also available upon request at your point of purchase for up to 30 days following the announcement of the new event date.
Cashless Transactions
All SevenVenues concession transactions are cashless.
Code of Conduct
SevenVenues is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. To ensure patrons and performers enjoy performances free of distractions, SevenVenues reserves the right to ask any individual to leave if their behavior is disruptive.
- Refrain from unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior. Verbal or physical harassment of any person is strictly prohibited.
- Refrain from using foul or abusive language, obscene gestures, and inappropriate public displays of affection.
- Refrain from unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons.
- Clothing cannot be obscene, offensive, or inflammatory.
- Refrain from interfering with the event's progress, including throwing objects onto the event stage/area.
- During the performance, refrain from talking, rustling wrappers, and using electronic devices.
- No patron is allowed on the event stage/area. Violators will be removed and may be arrested.
- Dispose of waste and trash in the provided trash receptacles.
- Destroying, drawing on, or defacing (including with stickers) venue property is strictly prohibited.
- Consume alcoholic beverages only in permitted areas in a responsible manner.
- All SevenVenues properties are drug-free and smoke-free environments. The use of drugs (including marijuana), other illegal substances, and/or smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited.
- Follow the instructions of law enforcement, as well as venue staff, at all times.
- Certain areas of the venues can only be accessed by persons with tickets, passes, and/or credentials. All guests are expected to present and maintain tickets, passes, or credentials for entry and while in the venues. Patrons are required to show tickets when requested by law enforcement or any venue staff member to verify their seat locations.
- Unauthorized vending, peddling promotional items, and product sampling are strictly prohibited.
Concessions
Concessions are available at most events and feature a variety of snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Visit our Concessions page for each venue's specific food and beverage options.
All concession transactions are cashless.
For select theatre events, beverages are permitted inside the seating area. Please ask a venue staff member to verify the beverage policy for your performance.
Credit Cards
SevenVenues box offices, merchandise booths, and parking garages accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards.
SevenVenues concession stands accept Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards.
Curbside Drop Off
In the event accessible parking is not available or the garages/lots are full, patrons may be dropped off in designated areas close to each venue’s entrance.
Patrons looking to drop off guests inside Scope Arena garage should enter the garage, inform the parking attendant of their plans, and then make an immediate U-turn. The elevator entrance to Chrysler Hall and/or Scope Plaza will be located on the right, next to the parking booth.

Doors
For most events, doors open one hour prior to show time.
Dress Code
Although there is no official dress code at SevenVenues, we encourage patrons to dress appropriately based on the event they are attending. Our patrons typically dress in smart casual attire.
SevenVenues reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing obscene, offensive, or inflammatory clothing.
Drones
For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft, and remote-controlled aircraft on SevenVenues property is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
Elevators
Elevators are available to access upper levels in all venues.

First Aid
Guests needing first aid assistance should contact the nearest usher or venue staff member immediately. Paramedics are available on site to respond to medical emergencies.
Gifts
Flowers and gifts for performers are not permitted.
Group Sales
Certain events offer group discounts. The number of patrons that are considered to be a group varies by show. If you are interested in a specific show, please visit our Group Sales page for more information.
Hearing Devices
Assisted Hearing Devices are available for all performances at Scope Arena, Chrysler Hall, Harrison Opera House, and the Attucks Theatre. There is no charge, but a valid ID will be required as a deposit. Please inquire with an usher for assistance.

Inclement Weather
If event changes occur due to inclement weather, a banner update will be added to the top of our website and details will be listed on the event page.
Infants
SevenVenues encourages families to enjoy performances together; however, considering other ticket holders, most performances are unsuitable for infants and toddlers unless otherwise specified. Children who have reached their second birthday are required to have a ticket. Some family shows designate a different age limit for tickets. If you have questions regarding this policy or the age appropriateness of a performance, please call 757.664.6464 or email info@sevenvenues.com.
Late Seating Policy
Each show determines its seating policy, and SevenVenues must abide by its regulations. Most Broadway in Norfolk performances will have a seating hold at the show's beginning. Please plan to arrive early enough to find parking, clear security, and find your seat.
Lost and Found
Please alert an usher or venue staff if you have lost an item. If you are no longer at the venue, please call the receptionist at 757.664.6464 during business hours to check the lost and found.
Magnetometers
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all patrons are subject to metal detector screening and/or physical inspection of their person and belongings. Failure to consent to an inspection will result in the denial of entry.
Media Request
To submit a media request for a Live Nation promoted event, visit the Live Nation Press Request Portal. All other media requests should be directed to info@sevenvenues.com.
Requests are subject to approval and access is not guaranteed. Requests are only for contributors on working assignments for a credentialed media outlet.
Mobile Ticketing
SevenVenues utilizes mobile tickets for all eligible shows. With mobile entry, patrons can only access their tickets on their phones via the Ticketmaster app or mobile wallet. For the continued safety of our customers, patrons can no longer utilize Ticketmaster.com to scan into a performance.

Outside food and beverages of any kind are not permitted.
Parking

Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited at all SevenVenues properties:
- Illegal weapons
- Outside food, beverages, and coolers
- Glass or metal bottles, cans, or thermoses (refillable plastic bottles permitted)
- Cameras with 6” lenses or more (media with credentials permitted)
- Laptops
- Video/audio recording devices
- Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks
- Animals (service animals permitted)
- Laser pointers/pens
- Masks that cover the entire face (except plastic face shields)
- Balloons
- Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by venue personnel
Re-Entry Policy
SevenVenues has a no re-entry policy.
Restrooms
Restrooms can be found throughout SevenVenues facilities. Every restroom is accessible to guests with disabilities. For more information or location details, please ask the nearest usher for assistance.
Security
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all patrons are subject to metal detector screening and/or physical inspection of their person and belongings. Failure to consent to an inspection will result in the denial of entry.
Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons, and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. SevenVenues reserves the right to ask any individual to leave if their behavior is disruptive.

Service Animals
Service Animals are allowed on the premises under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) that comply with additional identification requirements of Virginia Law. Service Animals must be trained to assist a disabled person with a major life activity. In general, Service Animals may accompany a disabled person in our facilities. Service Animals must have an official harness, backpack, or vest identifying the animal as a trained service animal (VA 51.5-44). Companion and therapy animals/pets are NOT covered under ADA and are excluded from this exemption, therefore our policies regarding service animals do not extend to “therapy dogs” or “emotional support animals."
Please note that under Section (VA 51.5-44.1) Any person who knowingly and willfully fits a dog with a harness, collar, vest or sign, or uses an identification card commonly used by a person with a disability, in order to represent that the dog is a service dog or hearing dog to fraudulently gain public access for such dog pursuant to provisions in Section (VA51.5-44) is guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
Service Animals are not permitted to occupy seats in any of our facilities.
Smoking Policy
All SevenVenues properties are drug-free and smoke-free environments. The use of drugs (including marijuana), other illegal substances, and/or smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited. There are designated outdoor smoking areas available at Chrysler Hall and Scope Arena.
Please note that it is illegal to consume cannabis on a SevenVenues property. Under Virginia law, smoking cannabis is permitted in private residences but not in public.
Please be advised that artists may smoke onstage during performances. Strobe, haze, and other special effects may also be used during performances.
Social Media
Tickets
The Scope Arena box office and Ticketmaster.com are the only authorized ticket sellers for SevenVenues events. SevenVenues is not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than these authorized sellers and will not honor, exchange, or refund counterfeit, duplicate, or invalid tickets.

Water fountains and refillable stations are located throughout SevenVenues properties.
Will Call
Guests picking up Will Call tickets need to provide a valid photo ID. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the venue’s box office starting one hour prior to show time.
Wheelchair Assists
SevenVenues does not have wheelchairs available for public use. Patrons are advised to bring their own wheelchair or other accommodations as needed.
