Ticketmaster Offer Instructions
For offers with a promotional code:
Apply the code prior to selecting tickets and checking out. To apply the code, locate the 'Unlock' button on the event detail page.
Once the offer is unlocked, Ticketmaster will automatically reflect the new pricing with the discount applied.
Please note that for some events, the offer only applies to specific price levels and seating sections.
For offers without a promotional code:
To view discounted tickets, locate the 'Filters' button on the event detail page.
Discount options will appear under ‘Ticket Type.’ Once toggled, click ‘Apply Filters’ and the discounted tickets will appear.
Digital Lottery
Disney's The Lion King
A limited number of lottery tickets for Disney’s THE LION KING will be made available for each performance. The digital lottery is open for entries the day prior to each performance, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lottery winners will be randomly selected and contacted via email to process their payment; tickets will be available at Will Call for pickup 1 hour prior to showtime. Lottery tickets are $25 each plus Broadway Direct fees. Entrants may request up to 2 tickets maximum for this production. Broadway Direct is the official vendor for all Broadway in Norfolk lotteries.
Military Discounts
Military discounts are valid online at Ticketmaster.com with code MILITARY and in person at the Scope Arena box office with a military ID*
Norfolk Admirals 2025-2026 season games offer military $5 off tickets, valid in person at the box office only.
*Some offers may be available for purchase in person at the box office only or with another code. Price level restrictions may apply. Offers valid through day of show or while supplies last.
