MEAC Championship weekend on Saturday, March 15 from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. on the Norfolk Scope Arena Plaza. 

Yes, the RnB block party returns outside on the Scope Plaza! Don't miss a night full of RnB hits played all night by some of your favorite DJs live in concert!

The RnB Block Party will welcome DJ set from Mannie Fresh, DJ QUICKSILVA and some of your favorite local DJs!
