Event Details
Trae Crowder (The Liberal Redneck), Drew Morgan and Corey Ryan Forrester are back with a brand new tour: wellRED comedy tour: FROM DIXIE WITH LOVE.
TRAE CROWDER (The Liberal Redneck), DREW MORGAN and COREY RYAN FORRESTER are stand-up comedy and writing partners hailing from Tennessee and Georgia. The trio have been touring nationally to over one hundred sold out clubs and theatres in support of their best-selling book, Liberal Redneck Manifesto: Draggin Dixie Outta the Dark (Simon & Schuster 2016).
Their new tour, wellRED: From Dixie With Love, is about celebrating everything great about the South and telling stories from a place of love. It’s about dancing to country music at a gay wedding. It’s about loving your neighbor whether you have the same religion, skin color, or sexual preference, as long as they cheer for the same college football team (Go Vols!). From Dixie With Love is about leaving behind bigotry, but remembering the fried okra.
Trae Crowder's series of "Liberal Redneck" viral videos have been watch by over 125 Million people on Facebook and YouTube. Trae’s unique point of view captured the attention of Warner Brothers Television and he is currently developing his second and third scripted projects with WB. Trae is also a regular video contributor in partnership with ATTN: and formerly with The New York Daily News.
Trae, Corey and Drew have been featured guests on THE VIEW (ABC), REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER (HBO), NIGHTLINE (ABC), LAST WORD WITH LAWRENCE O’DONNELL (MSNBC), CNN TONIGHT WITH DON LEMON and various programs on MTV, MSNBC, CNN, BBC, FUSION, NPR and SIRIUSXM. They also co-host their own topical podcast which is recorded weekly from the road. wellRED podcast has reached over 1.5 Million downloads internationally since it’s launch in February 2017.
"The Liberal Rednecks changed not only my thinking but my way of thinking about people. Before them, I didn't realize I had made judgments. It's funny as hell, thoughtful and moving for reasons you would never think you'd be moved by. And go see them on stage, you will be shocked and driven to hear them, but I caution you, wear diapers...you’re gonna need em." - Whoopi Goldberg
"Take it from this Hillbilly, these rednecks know what they're talking about. It's the most fun you'll have without beer & fireworks!" - Morgan Spurlock
It's become so convenient to label places 'blue states' and 'red states'. Those terms ignore millions of folks who live in these places. People like Trae, Drew and Corey. Don't get me wrong, these boys are country as hell, but they step to the table with fresh voices and challenge stereotypes at every turn." - Geroge Wallace
