Weekly Wednesday Wind Down

Get your culture fix! Virginia Opera’s Stayin’ Alive Alternate Fall presents Weekly Wednesday Wind Down concerts on the lawn of the Harrison Opera House. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and join us Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, September 9 through October 7, for a series of live 30-minute concerts.

Weekly Wednesday Wind Down concerts support the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia, so please consider bringing non-perishable goods for donation.

In cases of inclement weather, performances will be presented live on Facebook.

Please note—patrons attending Weekly Wednesday Wind Down concerts are asked to follow these COVID-19 safety measures:

• Maintain 6ft. of distance between parties.
• Masks are required at all times for attendees ages 10+.
• Per guidelines, attendance will be capped at 40 patrons. Seating begins at 5 PM, so please plan to arrive early to ensure your spot.
• Hand sanitizing station available for guests at entrance.
• Public restrooms not available.
