Smokey Robinson
This legendary singer-songwriter has penned the anthems of generations, from his early hits with The Miracles like Shop Around and The Tracks of My Tears to his solo sensations Cruisin, Quiet Storm, Being With You and more. The recipient of countless awards including the Grammy® Lifetime Achievement Award, Kennedy Center Honors and the National Medal of the Arts, he has been inducted into both the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters’ Hall of Fame. And on stage, he’s still “remarkable, phenomenal, incredible, amazing…pick any of these adjectives and it still wouldn’t do justice to the performance of Smokey Robinson” (Regina Leader Post).
