On Friday, April 17, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., join Norfolk Arts at The Gallery at the Attucks, located on the 1st floor of the historic Attucks theatre, for the opening of "Rhythm of the Stage", a juried exhibition by Nyree Dowdy, Art Bridges Curatorial Fellow of the Chrysler Museum of Art. Over 40 original works of art by 23 artists with a connection to Hampton Roads in response to the themes of movement, pattern, and performance were selected.

Gallery hours are consistent with Attucks Theatre events, with doors opening one hour prior to performances. Free and open to the public during all Free "Arts at the Attucks" events and open to patrons during ticketed events.
