Music of Rachmaninoff with GSA and ODU Orchestras
The Governor's School for the Arts and Old Dominion University symphonies will join forces for Music of Rachmaninoff at 7:30pm on Thursday, November 14, Chrysler Hall. The combined 130-person ensemble will perform Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 with Andrey Kasparov as soloist, Jeff Phelps conducting. Dr. Paul Kim will lead Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 3. Join us as we celebrate the passion and dedication of our young musicians.
