Elizabeth River Soul Fest

Join us for the FIRST EVER Elizabeth River Soul Fest in Downtown Norfolk.  Enjoy an evening in Town Point Park with the breeze from the Elizabeth River as the backdrop.  It’s a full day of good food and drinks from top vendors in Hampton Roads; and “feel good” music spanning multiple generations. Featuring R&B legends Chaka Khan, Stephanie Mills, and the S.O.S. Band — ERSF will take you down memory lane with your favorite hits from the 80s and 90s.
