Mobile Tickets
SevenVenues utilizes mobile tickets for all eligible shows. With mobile entry, patrons can only access their tickets on their phones via the Ticketmaster app or mobile wallet. For the continued safety of our customers, patrons can no longer utilize Ticketmaster.com to scan into a performance.

Can patrons request printed tickets?
Patrons will not be able to print from their online account. If necessary, the SevenVenues Box Office will print physical tickets for patrons for a fee.
Can patrons transfer their tickets to other members of their party?
It's easy to transfer tickets to a friend or family member!

Please Note: Once tickets have been transferred, patrons can no longer manage those mobile tickets for that event.
What if I bought my tickets on a site other than Ticketmaster.com?
The Scope Arena box office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized sellers of tickets. SevenVenues is not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than Ticketmaster or through the Scope Arena box office and will not honor, exchange, or refund counterfeit, duplicate, or invalid tickets.
