Black Violin - NEW DATE

The Black Violin show scheduled for April 8, 2021 at Chrysler Hall has been rescheduled to Sunday, February 20, 2022. Please hold on to your tickets as they will be honored at the rescheduled show.

If you are unable to attend the new date, refunds are available at the point of purchase beginning on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 10 a.m. through Monday, February 22, 2021 at 10 p.m. Refunds will no longer be available after 10 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021. Please contact the point of purchase if you have any questions or to request a refund on your purchase. Bob Dandridge MLK Holiday Basketball Classic - RELOCATED

The water main that supports the Chrysler Hall and Scope Arena campus has burst, leaving both venues without running water and heat. City crews are working diligently to remedy the situation and are expecting a two-week process to repair the water main. In the meantime, SevenVenues is closing administrative offices and canceling/postponing all events at Chrysler Hall and Scope Arena from Thursday, January 13 through Thursday, January 27.

As a result, the Bob Dandridge MLK Holiday Basketball Classic on Monday, January 17 has been relocated from Scope Arena to Norfolk State University. Please visit HamptonRoadsSports.org for details.

Patrons should visit their original point of purchase for a refund. Tickets purchased at Ticketmaster.com will be automatically refunded. For tickets purchased in person at Scope Arena, the box office is expected to reopen and resume normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Friday, January 28.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - NEW DATE

Roald Dahl’s CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, originally scheduled for March 31 - April 5, 2020 has been rescheduled to February 11-13, 2022. If you have already purchased tickets to this show, please read carefully, as your ticketholder status may have changed:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Ticket Holders:  As a result of the reduction from 8 shows to 5 shows, your performance has been canceled. A refund has been credited to your card on file. Please watch your email for a special link to purchase new tickets.
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Ticket Holders: No action is required on your part as your original tickets will be valid for the new dates.

Impractical Jokers - CANCELED

The truTV Impractical Jokers “The Scoopski Potatoes Tour” Starring The Tenderloins show on August 19, 2022 at Scope Arena has been cancelled.

Tickets purchased at Ticketmaster.com will be automatically refunded. For tickets purchased in person at Scope Arena, the box office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Inaugural MLK Holiday Esports Tournament - POSTPONED

The Inaugural MLK Holiday Esports Tournament on Monday, January 17 at Scope Arena has been postponed. More information on a rescheduled date will be announced as soon as possible. No action is necessary from you at this time. Existing tickets may be used for the rescheduled date.

Norfolk Admirals - NEW DATES

NORFOLK, VA. —  The Norfolk Admirals announced the make-up dates for recently postponed against the Jacksonville Icemen and the Greenville Swamp Rabbits.

TICKET REDEMPTION POLICY

  • Tickets dated for FridayJanuary 7 will be honored on Tuesday, March 29
  • Tickets for Saturday, January 8 will be honored Sunday, April 3 
  • Tickets dated for Thursday, March 31 will be honored on Wednesday, March 30
  • Tickets dated for Friday, January 21 will be honored on Sunday, March 20
  • Tickets dated for Saturday, January 22 will be honored on Sunday, April 17
  • Tickets dated for Sunday, January 23 will be honored on Sunday, January 30

The Norfolk Forum presents ADM James Stavridis - RELOCATED

Due to a water main break at Chrysler Hall and Scope Arena last week, The Norfolk Forum event featuring ADM James Stavridis, USN (Ret.) scheduled for Tuesday, January 25, 2022 has been relocated to the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts for the same date. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the event will begin at 7:30 p.m.. Please note that face coverings will be required for all patrons and staff throughout all areas of the building for the entirety of the lecture. The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is located at 201 Market Street in Virginia Beach, in the heart of Town Center. Additional venue information such as parking options, accessibility and other details to help you plan your visit can be found at www.sandlercenter.org.

Tickets to the Chrysler Hall performance will be honored at the Sandler Center. No further action required. If you purchased your ticket through Ticketmaster and would like a refund, please contact The Norfolk Forum directly at contact@thenorfolkforum.org or by calling 757-627-8672.

Theresa Caputo - NEW DATE

Theresa Caputo Live! The Experience at Chrysler Hall has been rescheduled for Friday, May 13, 2022, at 7:30 p.m.

All previously purchased tickets for prior show dates (June 25, 2020, November 12, 2020, March 31, 2021, July 11, 2021, and January 8, 2022) will be honored for the new date. Fans who would like to attend the May 13 show are encouraged to hold onto their tickets - no further action is required.

Ticket holders unable to attend the rescheduled date have until Friday, November 12 to request a refund at their original point of purchase.

The Scope Arena box office is open on Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

VSO's Spirituals + Operatic Showstoppers - CANCELED

In the meantime, SevenVenues is closing administrative offices and canceling/postponing all events at Chrysler Hall and Scope Arena from Thursday, January 13 through Thursday, January 27.

As a result, the VSO's Spirituals + Operatic Showstoppers performance on Saturday, January 15 has been canceled. Ticket buyers have the ability to exchange into another Virginia Symphony performance or get a refund. Ticket buyers should check their email for further instruction.
