Promoter Information

All first time prospective clients are to complete a rental application. Upon return of the completed rental application, the Department of Cultural Facilities will review the application and in their sole determination, make a decision on the event requested, based on a thorough review of the information provided.
Submittal of a rental application does not guarantee that the event will be booked.
