ADVANCE TICKETS
You can purchase tickets at the Scope Box Office, any Ticketmaster Outlet, Ticketmaster by phone at (757) 671-8100 or (757) 872-8100, or www.ticketmaster.com. Box Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 10am until 5:30pm. The Box Office is also open on event days and when tickets are going onsale.

ANIMALS
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.

ATM LOCATIONS
A South Trust ATM is located at the main entrance on the lower concourse.

BAGS, CONTAINERS & COOLERS
In response to the recent tragedies, Norfolk Scope has enacted new security measures for patron safety. It will take longer to enter the building for events and your patience will be appreciated.
Please Note: Backpacks, tote bags, coolers and large parcels are NOT permitted in the building. Please leave these items in your vehicle. All other parcels coming into the building, such as purses, are subject to search.

BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted as long as they are not obstructing the view of other guests or arena signage, are less than 3 feet in height, are in good taste, and are not commercial in nature. Scope reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.

BEVERAGES, BOTTLES AND CANS
No bottles, cans or outside beverages (including water) are permitted in Norfolk Scope. Exceptions are made for guests with medical related needs and baby bottles.

BOX OFFICE HOURS
Scope Box Office is open 10am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday, and possibly Saturday and/or Sunday if an event is occurring or if an event is going on sale.

CAMERAS AND CAMCORDERS
Personal photography is not permitted.  Personal photography is only allowed for Admirals games and Arena racing.  In addition, video taping is not allowed inside the Scope arena. For security concerns, camera bags are not permitted inside the Scope arena.  To protect our patrons, Norfolk Scope has enacted new security measures and safety procedures. It may take longer to enter the building for events; however, your patience will be appreciated.

CELLULAR PHONES & PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event.

CHILDREN
Children two years of age and under do not require a ticket to attend a game provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Norfolk Scope is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests in our venue. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can enjoy their experience free from the following behaviors: -Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures -Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption -Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting -Obscene or indecent clothing -Any disruption to the progress of the event by guest's action -Guest seated in a location other than their ticketed seat. If any anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of the event, please contact the nearest usher for assistance.

CONCESSIONS
There are numerous concession locations throughout the upper concourse including food stands, kiosks, and a restaurant. Food varieties are bigger and better than ever: hot dogs, pizza, nachos, barbecue items, Philly steak and cheese, chicken fingers, French fries, hamburgers, ice cream, cappuccino and much more (including, of course, beer and peanuts!). From the North: Take I-64 East to I-264 West. Take the City Hall Ave. Exit. Turn right on St. Paul's Blvd.

From the West: Take Rt.58 East (pickup from I-85 or I-95) to I-64 West to I-264 West. Take the City Hall Ave. Exit. Turn right on St Paul's Blvd.

From the South: Take Rt.17 North to I-64 West to 264 West. Take the City Hall Ave. Exit. Turn right on St. Paul's Blvd.

DISABLED GUEST SERVICES
Norfolk Scope has been updated to meet all structural and service requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, ticket windows, drinking fountains, phones, and ATMs are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Restrooms
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the concourse and all are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Service Animals
Service animals or service animals in training are welcome at Norfolk Scope. If you require space for your animal, please contact the ticket office at (757) 664-6464.

Tickets
There are 92 wheelchair spaces Row L in the lower section of the arena.

Parking
Handicap parking is available in front of the Box Office in the Scope Garage.

ELEVATORS
An elevator is located on the lower concourse across from Meeting Room #4 and the Exhibition Hall Lobby.

EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS
If you are expecting an emergency phone call, please leave your name and seat location with the receptionist in the Administrative Office. If a message is received, the receptionist will contact an usher and he/she will deliver the message to you at your seat. Use of the public address system is reserved for medical emergencies.

SHOWCASE RESTAURANT
Showcase Restaurant is located on the lower concourse. For hours and to make reservations call (757) 622-5600.

EXIT & RE-ENTRY
No re-entry is allowed.

FAMILY RESTROOMS
There are no family restrooms.

FIRST AID
First Aid is located on the lower concourse. For help, please see an usher.

LOST & FOUND
If you have misplaced an item or have become separated from your party, please proceed to the nearest usher. After an event you can call (757) 664-6464 for assistance on lost items. Items will be kept for two months. Any items unclaimed after that time will be donated to charity.

LOST CHILDREN
Guests are encouraged to instruct children in their group what to do if they become lost. If a child gets lost or separated from his or her group, the child should ask the nearest usher for help. Parents looking for a lost child should follow the same procedure.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Norfolk Scope does not allow laser pointers, noisemakers, fireworks, inflatable items, large parcels, outside food/beverage or weapons in the arena.

POLICE & SECURITY
For your safety and convenience, police and official security personnel are stationed throughout the arena. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest usher immediately.

RESTRICTIONS
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, Norfolk Scope reserves the right to prevent certain items from being carried into the arena. These include, but are not limited to things which can be used as dangerous projectiles. Similarly, other items that may jeopardize the safety or viewing/listening enjoyment of other guests may be prohibited.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the arena. The smoking section is located outside Gate 7 on the upper concourse.

STROLLERS
Guests with strollers should see the nearest usher to make arranagements.

TAILGATE PARTIES
Tailgate Parties are prohibited.

TICKETS-FORMS OF PAYMENT
Tickets may be purchased by cash, credit card or a check if the tickets are for an event held in Scope or Chrysler Hall. Checks may only be used at least 14 business days in advance and are to be made out to "Scope Promotions." No orders are taken by mail or phone.

WILL CALL WINDOW
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Will Call Windows located next to the main entrance on the lower concourse across from our parking garage. Will call opens 1.5 hours prior to game time and a photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
