Pick up tickets 90 minutes prior to show or daily at the Norfolk Scope box office (for Scope events only) from 9AM-3PM.
Customer must present the actual credit card to place the order, a photo I.D. and the order number.
Tickets for individuals with disabilities may be purchased, subject to availability, by calling the Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000, visiting Ticketmaster.com or by visiting the Scope Arena box office through Friday, between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Disabled seating is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities and their guests and the purchase or use of these seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in ejection and/or forfeiture of ticket price. Wheelchair Escorts: Patrons with mobility impairments who do not have access to a wheelchair may request a wheelchair to transport the individual to their seat, free of charge.
